GELF native Logging support

Hi there,

as Logstash, Graylog and so on grow it would be really cool. To have another structured Logformat to be send by Fastly.

For example GELF:

  Hi.

  We’re looking at ways to make it easier to send structured data over logging - when we’ve got that figured out then we can add support for GELF and various other similar formats.
