feature request: European Union geolocation

We love the geolocation features, but we had to write some custom logic to determine if a given country was in the European Union or not, because Europe and the European Union are not geographically identical.

It would be awesome if Fastly offered something like

client.geo.is_european_union

because then all customers could rely on a single, maintained source of truth just like we do for other geolocation.
