    Hi Matrix,

Apologies for the long delay in answering!

A Fastly-Stats response header lets you know if IO was run or not (it would respond with io=1).

A fastly-io-warning or fastly-io-error doesn't necessarily mean a specific http status has been hit. The warning or the failure could be something with the image or it could have been else. It would require more investigation to tell specifically.

This documentation gives more detail on what could be going on with IO to cause an error:

    https://developer.fastly.com/reference/http/http-headers/Fastly-IO-Error/

    Cheers,

    Dara
