409 from dictionary item delete

Sometimes when deleting an item from a dictionary twice in quick succession, the Fastly API with respond with a "409 Conflict". Every time I've looked at this the item was deleted correctly. I don't see anything in the documentation about this response, so I wanted to check to see if it is safe to ignore.
