Purging - Images Not Updating Immediately

I have a co-worker that purges images but the changes don't take place for an extended period of time. Is there something we can do or check to help speed up the purged changes on her end?

For me, when she purges an image, the change is almost immediate.

We are both on the same network here at work. And, I've also had other co-workers check the purged files and the changes are almost immediate for them too.

    Hi Dwaune,

    It seems that this post was missed. Are you still having these issues? If so, could you tell us how the purge is being made and if the purge is a hard or soft purge? Purging should happen very quickly. However, there are lots of different factors that can affect things here and we'll likely have to have specific URLs to test against. 

    If you haven't already, I would recommend creating a ticket to go over your issues here. I'm happy to help via this post instead or I can create a ticket on your behalf as well.

    If you could create a ticket on my behalf, that would be great! From there, I can include my co-worker who is having this issue and we can attempt to troubleshoot further, if necessary.
