Setting up Host in Fastly CDN issue

Hi,

I have set up a subdomain in AWS viz., example.com. I have created a record in the subdomain viz., myapp.example.com and the CNAME value of the record as  myapp.example.com.global.prod.fastly.net

In Fastly i added the domain as myapp.example.com

In the Host section of fastly i add the value as myapp.example.com.global.prod.fastly.net.

 

On activating and testing the domain i get the following message in the browser

Same machine same service in the most recent hop on cache-hyd1100022-HYD: xqiUMfCkXf43Ma9RL9xuHJIqYdQL2W3V4ITOBZz/XQk!HYD!cache-hyd1100022-HYD

Could anyone please clarify if this is indeed an error or if i can proceed inspite of this message?

    Was able to fix this by pointing to an origin server

    Sandeep Pillai  I believe you've already found the solution. myapp.example.com.global.prod.fastly.net is a test domain generated automatically with the "Test domain" button. 

    As you said, the host should be pointed to your origin. If you need any further assistance with your configuration we can create a support ticket for you.
